个人简介
博士、硕士生导师,1982年生,自旋调控与磁电功能材料团队负责人,多年从事磁性功能材料、永磁材料、自旋电子调控、信息功能材料、磁性二维材料的微观结构、性能和相关机理方面的研究。广东省自然科学基金通讯评审专家,广东省高层次人才评审专家库成员。国际SCI期刊(Materials)客座主编及编辑顾问。Nano letter等多个国际知名期刊审稿人。目前已经在JPD、JAP、JAC等SCI期刊上发表论文50余篇;申请国家发明专利7项,其中6项已获授权。先后承担国家自然科学基金,浙江省自然科学基金项目、浙江省科技计划项目、浙江省教育厅项目、国家自然科学基金区域联合重点项目子课题(杭电负责人)等项目,参与国家级省部级课题8项目。所带研究生毕业后进入国企半导体、电动汽车等行业。所带本科生考入浙大、浙工大等高校继续深造或进入华为等企业工作。荣获校教学技能比赛二等奖、教学创新大赛三等奖各一次。

研究领域
自旋电子学与自旋调控是近年来发展起来的新兴学科方向,是继微电子、光电子材料与器件之后更具有诱人发展前景的新型信息存储、处理和读出的材料与高新技术。本团队以电子自旋操纵与调控、磁性功能材料为方向,研究如何提高电子自旋极化率、提高电子自旋注入半导体效率。探讨结构、磁性及自旋输运性能之间的内在联系为特色来开展相关研究工作,感兴趣的方向有:反铁磁性功能材料与器件、亚铁磁性功能材料与器件、磁性二维材料、单晶生长、永磁材料等方向。本团队师生关系融洽,亦师亦友! 欢迎广大学子报考和咨询。联系邮箱:sukp@hdu.edu.cn
